2. Booking & Payment

Booking Confirmation

• A booking is confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment
• Advance payment is typically 30-50% of the total package cost
• Balance payment must be made before the trip commencement date
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated

Payment Methods

• Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS)
• UPI Payments
• Credit/Debit Cards via secure payment gateway
• Cash payments at our office (against official receipt)

3. Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change. Our cancellation policy:

• 30+ days before departure: 90% refund (10% processing fee)
• 15-29 days before departure: 70% refund
• 7-14 days before departure: 50% refund
• Less than 7 days: No refund

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.

4. Refund Policy

• Full Refund: If TourPari cancels the trip due to unforeseen circumstances
• Partial Refund: For unused services due to force majeure
• No Refund: For no-shows, late arrivals, or voluntary departure mid-trip
• Processing Time: All approved refunds within 7-10 business days

5. Trip Modifications

By the Traveler

• Date changes subject to availability and may incur additional charges
• Upgrade requests must be made at least 7 days before departure
• Downgrade requests may result in partial refund based on cancellation policy

By TourPari

• We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, road conditions, or safety
• Alternative arrangements of equal or higher value will be provided
• You will be notified of any changes as soon as possible

6. Inclusions & Exclusions

Typically Included

• Accommodation as per package description
• Transportation (AC/Non-AC as specified)
• Meals as mentioned in the itinerary
• Sightseeing as per itinerary
• Experienced guide/driver assistance
• All applicable taxes (GST)

Typically Excluded

• Personal expenses (laundry, tips, phone calls)
• Travel insurance
• Entry fees to monuments (unless specified)
• Camera/video charges at monuments
• Any services not mentioned in inclusions
• Meals not specified in the package

7. Traveler Responsibilities

• Carry valid ID proof (Aadhaar/Passport/Voter ID)
• Inform us of any medical conditions or dietary requirements
• Follow instructions of guides and drivers for safety
• Respect local customs and dress codes at religious sites
• Maintain punctuality for scheduled activities

8. Liability

• TourPari acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers
• We are not liable for delays caused by weather, strikes, or force majeure
• Personal belongings and valuables are the traveler's responsibility
• We recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance

9. Complaint Resolution

Your satisfaction is important to us. For any concerns:

1. Contact your tour guide/coordinator immediately during the trip
2. If unresolved, email us within 7 days of trip completion
3. We will acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within 15 days

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
